Associate (Litigation)

We are currently hiring for an Associate (Litigation) position with a minimum of 2 years of experience. This is an immediate hiring requirement.

Details are provided below :

  • Conducting a detailed study of available documents related to the matter.
  • Preparing essential documentation such as a list of dates, synopsis, briefing notes, and the first draft of court pleadings.
  • Briefing seniors on the mandate and participating actively in professional development and internal training sessions.
  • Conducting research in civil, criminal, and consumer litigation, as well as any other research assigned by the supervisor.
  • Preparing letters and praecipes without supervision.
  • Coordinating with various local counsels across India, maintaining extensive records, and ensuring regular follow-ups on all ongoing matters.
  • Attending court appearances, including appearing independently for adjournments.
  • Supervising paralegals or legal interns from time to time.
  • Assisting in monthly client meetings and maintaining updated records of all matters, ensuring efficient communication with clients and counsels.

Senior/Principal Associates

The Firm is looking to hire motivated and dynamic Senior /Principal Associates for its growing General Corporate practice (M&A and Infra focused). Details are provided below:

Team: General Corporate (focus on Infra and M&A)
Location: New Delhi
Requirement: minimum 5 years

Banking and Finance (infra focused) would be a plus.

Skills:

  • End to end team and client management with minimal intervention and support.
  • Ability to manage transactions and meet deadlines
  • must display entrepreneurial bend by taking initiatives.

Compensation:

Over and above a compensation package that would be a more than fair reflection of values brought but the resource, the firm would pay out referral linked bonuses as well as share from profits on transactions managed by the resource (performance based).
